I took this out of the package and tried to change the time to when we'd return and the clock arms came off and there was nothing I could do to make them stay on. For now we are just using the half of the sign that says "OPEN" until we can order a better sign.

When it arrived, the plastic packaging had debris which looked like sawdust or cardboard shards sealed inside. Okay, wipe it off, no big deal. Then the arms pop off. Maybe there's a missing back side of the rivet? Nope, just a junk single piece one that never could hold the arms on. Time to send it back and wait a few days for a better sign to arrive.
Amazon usually has good quality control over products that ship from its warehouses, and I was surprised that this sign was so obviously defective. This item should be removed permanently so it doesn't waste anyone else's time.
